ClientHub is the firm's secure client portal. It is where documents are uploaded, questionnaires are completed, signatures are collected, and finished returns are retrieved.

Please note
Do not email sensitive documents.
Tax returns, government notices, bank and payroll records, and anything containing a Social Security or employer identification number should be sent only through ClientHub — never by email, text, or a public web form.
New clients
Portal access is set up after your initial consultation, once the service and scope are confirmed. Start with the intake form and Anette will follow up with an invitation.
Trouble signing in?
Call the office at (941) 216-3010 or email AnetteDes@ProServices4Taxes.com — without including any documents or identifying numbers.
ClientHub is operated on the firm’s secure client-portal platform. Signing in opens the portal in a new destination outside this website.
